4K video has 400% more pixels in a frame than standard 1080P (2MP) HD. Additional pixels make the digital zoom more effective, providing more details at close distances or the ability to digitally zoom in on details at a greater distance than before.
Compared with the first-generation technology, the front-end collection and calculation of feature values, and the back-end comparison method reduce the pressure on the back-end NVR. Updated features can access more face recognition cameras, and speed up the recognition speed. The system has two modes to set them in, either Face Detection Mode or Human/Vehicle Detection Mode.
The camera detects a face in the scene and sends the face snapshot to the NVR. Lets you easily recognize who bothers your peaceful life!
Upload an image of a face you want detected through the app. From here you can identify, blacklist or search through footage to recognize whoever you may be looking for.
Search for the intended face pictures by date, channel, face selection, etc. The whitelist has a green mark, the blacklist has a red mark, and a stranger black mark. There is also a map path track playback function.
It is mutually exclusive with the face recognition function, and the human shape and car shape inspection can be inspected at the same time, or you can choose any inspection, which is more flexible. Compared with Motion Detection, this feature has a built-in humanoid detection algorithm. When this function is enabled, the humanoid that detects motion will trigger an alarm, which can reduce the triggering of alarms caused by non-human factors such as tree shaking and small animal activities. Easy to Setup to enter the Human & Vehicle Detection form and the car form can be inspected at the same time or separately.

Get clear, smooth real-time video recording at 30 frames per second (FPS). With a higher FPS, the camera can capture more of the action without missing a beat. Avoid choppy real time videos of old security cameras, and get up to speed with 30fps.
FPS, or frames per second, describes the number of consecutive still images recorded in a second. A higher FPS provides smoother video but creates a larger file size. Most phone cameras can record at 30 FPS.
With Power over Ethernet (PoE), you only need to connect your Ethernet cable to power your PoE security cameras. Data also travels both ways through an Ethernet cable, PoE software not only sends data and commands to devices, but it also collects data. This gives you flexibility to install your security cameras almost anywhere you want, without the extra worries of keeping them plugged in nearby electrical outlets.
Motorized zoom lenses allow control of the optical zoom lens at the touch of a button from the recorder, PC software, and mobile app. You can control the zoom and focus of the camera when you are watching the camera in live view and adjust the camera’s field of view according to your preferences.
Digital zoom is available when used with our security DVR recorders and is useful for HD security cameras with resolutions of 1080P and higher. Since higher resolution cameras and the better the quality of the digital zoom produce the most detailed images, 4K resolution security footage provides the best quality.
While digital zoom can be done after video has been recorded, optical zoom needs to be executed or set in live video at the actual moment the incident of interest happens.
With an IP67 weatherproof rating, rain, snow or blistering heat will not impede function and the high-quality tamper-proof camera will record in the most extreme weather conditions.
GW’s high-quality LEDs allow these HD IP cameras to see up to 130ft in complete darkness for 24-hour-a-day protection. GW Cameras use the latest high intensity IR LED technologies for maximum coverage. The image shown is an actual capture from a 4K camera in total darkness.
IR range and image quality can be affected by surfaces that absorb or reflect the IR light differently when in total darkness. Camera location or position may need to be adjusted to optimize the images. Some ambient lighting provides the best results for night surveillance.
