Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store, or we’ll ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on orders over $200. We ship to 48 continental states via FedEx and to other states, regions and countries via US Post Office (USPS). From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.


Free shipping is available on in-stock items and order over $200. You check in your bag if your item is in stock. Free shipping is not available on customized products and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer.


Orders placed before 4:00PM (GMT-08:00) using FedEx Ground, orders placed before 2:00PM (GMT-08:00) using FedEx Express or Next-day shipping, and paid for will be dispatched the same business day. If possible we will do our best to ship any orders after the cut-off time but this cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively they will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 1 – 2 business days.

Following a successful transaction, you will be notified when your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, please check your email “Junk/Spam” folder before contacting us.

All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

If you refuse delivery without prior consent from GW Security, then you must pay for the original shipping charges. The amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note that you may be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there may be an attempt to deliver to a neighbor or a card will be left informing you that an attempt has been made to deliver the Goods and if left with a neighbor this should be noted on the card. The receiver can either collect the parcel from a location specified on the card or arrange another delivery.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us and we reserve the right to ask you to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for re-delivery before we are able to re-ship the item to you.

When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and undamaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) for refusal. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting delivery, accepting that the order is completed.

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.


FedEx Ground delivery is available on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special FedEx Saturday delivery, please call our customer service for a shipping quotation. FedEx delivery times are guaranteed by FedEx, these guarantees do not apply to events beyond control such as natural disasters, weathers, airport closings, etc. GW Security is never responsible for any package delays of those matters. However, GW Security is willing to place a claim on customer’s behalf against FedEx on guarantee covered delays and will refund customer’s shipping costs when the claim gets approved by FedEx. In order to successfully file a claim, any short shipments must be reported within 1 week of receipt and all missing packages must be reported within 2 weeks of your order date. Claim credits are issued after a reimbursement has been collected from FedEx. GW Security is not responsible for any claims disapproved by FedEx and will not be able to credit customer if claims fail.


The United States Post Office (USPS) does not guarantee their delivery times. The 3–5 day ESTIMATE they quote for Priority Mail is only an ESTIMATE and should always be used as an ESTIMATE only. Unlike FedEx’s claim system, USPS states that due to possible transportation restrictions, sometimes a delivery can take up to 3⁠–4 weeks to complete, therefore it is required a 30 day waiting period prior to any claim filings. GW Security is not responsible for packages claimed delivered by the Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer. Claim credits are issued after a reimbursement has been collected from USPS. GW Security is not responsible for any claims disapproved by USPS and will not be able to credit customer if claims fail.
